Flower Cleanser

A herbal facial steam is a good way to soften your skin and allows your pores to breathe and release toxins. Boil 3 cups of water and add 1 tablespoon of calendula, 1 tablespoon of chamomile, 1 tablespoon of raspberry leaves, and 1 tablespoon of peppermint. After the herbs have seeped for about 10 minutes, use a towel to create a tent over your head and shoulders. Close your eyes, breathe in deeply and relax!
